Forest Villa with Observation Tower

Former hotel with tower next to the spa town of Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad). It was built in the middle of 19th century and now it has been almost fully refurbished. There is a new heating system on the basis of heat pump, there is new plumbing (water, electricity), roof was repaired, facade, foundations were insulated against water, there is new fire and burglar alarm. It remains to do the final finishing work like painting walls, new flooring, toilets and bathrooms. New windows were already installed. The floor area of the building is 1274 sq. meters. There is a terrace of 2000 sq. meters, surrounding forest is a nature reserve and nothing can be built there.
