In Oria’s historic centre, along the route leading to the former synagogue in the old Jewish quarter, this portion of an 18th-century palazzo offers approximately 170 sq m of usable interior space, around 140 sq m of which are located on the main floor. Renovation works have been initiated, and new technical systems are already in place and pending completion. Completion of the works, as well as any internal reconfiguration, will require the appropriate building and planning approvals. As the property is located within the historic centre, alterations to the façade and the creation of new external openings are not permitted.
